Arlene Gail Barrett Robinson
Owner and Founder
Arlene G. B. Robinson is an analytical leader who takes a
systematic approach to helping clients reconcile operational
discrepancies, resulting in more accurate and efficient processing of contract deliverables.
For nearly two decades, Arlene worked as a Senior Project
Coordinator for the City of Minneapolis in the Multifamily Housing Department. Her role was supporting developers in obtaining funding for housing redevelopments and new construction projects. Concurrently, she was a Real Estate Broker Associate for over ten years, assisting buyers, sellers, and investors.
Arlene was able to leverage her project management skills and knowledge of housing development contracts to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for developing process improvement solutions that help reduce contractual delays. Her meticulous attention to detail is instrumental in ensuring that contracts are delivered accurately and on time, resulting in increased efficiency and greater client satisfaction.
